Do I need another CRM?
We first look at your current process. If your tools already handle follow-up well, we will say so. The pilot covers one agreed workflow, not a CRM migration.
Will you find me new customers?
The service works with enquiries you already receive. It does not supply leads, guarantee wins or set prices for electrical work.
What happens when someone replies?
Further follow-up pauses and the reply appears in your workspace. Your team decides the next step. We test this handover before activation.
Can I use WhatsApp or calls?
The first pilot covers email only. Calls, WhatsApp and review campaigns are outside this offer.
Can I stop after the pilot?
Yes. The first 30 days do not automatically renew. If you continue, the price is £249/month and you can cancel before the next billing period.
